The process of exchanging data between the customer and the store is fully encrypted via SSL technology, where you will notice in your browser that “HTTPS” appears before the site address instead of “HTTP” with a closed lock symbol next to the address when entering any data about you or your credit card to protect customer data from any unauthorized disclosure or violation.
Also, credit card data is not stored on our site at all, but the purchases are made through a third party that applies the highest security standards approved by specialized websites in providing financial services.
So, the customer must browse the site using a protected device that is protected from the viruses and security holes that may expose his data to hacking. The customer must make sure to use a secure password without disclosing it to any other party (note that the store employees never ask for your password).
The customer is responsible for his password secrecy and all activities on his account. We focus on the privacy of customer data and their in-store shopping activities and we are committed not to sharing it with any third party or using it outside the scope of operations related to customers' orders and their in-store activities. Promotional emails are used regularly for important only and can be stopped at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link that will be attached at the bottom of the message.
Compensation Policy
If any shipment arrives to the customer in a way that does not match his request, he has the right to inform us of the note documented by replying to the e-mail sent to him or through the “Contact Us” form. It is important to document the problem with a pic in its original condition, then we will compensate him with a new request. If it is necessary to issue a return policy, the customer must deliver the wrong request to the shipping office, and his right request will be sent with compensation without obligating him to pay any additional costs.
If the customer’s order is delayed for more than 14 days from the date of shipment, we will compensate the customer with a new shipment for the entire contents of the order without obligating him to pay any additional costs. Or we will return the entire cost of the order to him as his choice. (Excluding disasters and emergency weather situations that may require giving shipping companies more time). When the order arrives at the shipment delivery office of the customer's address and has not been received within a maximum period of 72 working hours, the store disclaims responsibility for it. For requests that include delivery to the address, the customer may need to inform the carrier with more details of his address.
Note “if the customer fails to respond to the delivery representative’s repeated calls, he will receive his shipment from the shipment delivery office within a maximum period of 72 hours from the time of sending a notification about the failure of delivery, and the store disclaims responsibility for it after the expiry this duration”. When the customer writes shipping data that includes an incorrect arrival address and/or contact number, the store disclaims responsibility for the carrier’s inability to deliver his shipment. We will do our best to complete the delivery process, but he will afford any costs or damages as a result of the delay. If the products arrive and the cord or the security label has been opened, the customer takes the responsibility for any damages or missing or…etc. if there is any manipulation by the customer in any way or case, Jabaliyah has the right to refuse to compensate him.
